To take charge demands that you must first of all take responsibility for it.


Its starts by acknowledging your emotions for you take responsibility and act appropriately.


Emotions are conscious mental reactions to an external stimuli such as from situations or people you are with.


An emotion is a feeling such as happiness,love, fear, anger, or hatred which can be caused by the situation you are in or the people you are with.


Emotion is part of a person’s character that consist of feelings as op to their thoughts.


It can be appropriate or inappropriate ie “toxic”.


Your emotions however requires an appropriate and a well balanced expression so as to serve you well psychologically physiologically and socially for you to maximise it.

Emotions are good and is our way of self expression (an external expression of our inner feelings - our state of mind and what makes us human


Don’t Let It Run and Ruin You- Emotional

When you are highly emotional, you cannot really think rationally or objectively.


Being too emotionally invested in a particular situation or issue prevents you from considering other viewpoints and options.


Less emotional attachment allows us to see things in a more objective way.


When we distance ourselves, we are able to see the bigger picture.


Practicing meditation is a great way to observe your thoughts as an objective outsider.


It helps you to detach yourself from your thoughts.


You learn how to let your thoughts drift away, without judgment.


By keeping your emotions in check, you can allow the rational mind to stay in control.


Sometimes we let the pressures of life—the traffic, what somebody said, a challenge at work—keep us from enjoying the day.


We think it’s just another ordinary day, but there’s no such thing as an ordinary day.


Every day is a gift from God.


Prayerfully and meditatively live it well.


Manage your emotions well going forward.
